- 13. Property speculation is prevented, JNF land is not sold but is given us a hereditary lease. Jewish industry thrives on national land
- 14. Haifa becomes Palestine's big industrial city
- 15. A wide green belt will separate the industrial zone from residential areas
- 16. A miracle in stages, in two years a city was created
- 17. Biblical property laws and modern land reform are linked in JNF policy. The land is not for sale. Here too: Hereditary lease, Mortages, rent, one floor extension, sale - only with JNF permission
