Abstract |
The film shows the escape from a concentration camp in Poland and an underground hiding in which those who had fled, and others who were on the run, stayed for months on end. Constantly under threat of being discovered by the Wehrmacht, they are threatened with starvation. They are saved by the German-Russian Front which just so happens to pass by without noticing them. With a passionate appeal for international understanding, the film is against retaliatory measures. |
