Synopsis

Die „Moezet HaPoalot“ (Council of Working Women) und die „Pioneer Women“ unterstützen Jugenddörfer und Bildungseinrichtungen für marokkanische Neueinwanderer in Israel. Der Film stellt die drei Abschnitte der Pioneer-Women-Programme für Kinder, Teenager und Erwachsene vor. Er zeigt eine Schwesternschule, eine Landwirtschaftsschule, ein Jugenddorf und die Sozialarbeit in einer Grenzsiedlung.
