Synopsis

Im Mittelpunkt steht die Geschichte einer jüdischen Familie im Warschauer Ghetto, vor dem Aufstand. Der Film handelt von den Beziehungen zwischen den Juden, ihren deutschen Peinigern und polnischen Nachbarn und versucht daraus moralische Grundsätze herzuleiten.
